Rental Housing Projects "In Development"
ESCT-CHS has submitted an Application for Fund Reservation under the Section 811 Supportive Housing for People with Disabilities Program to develop, own and manage (8) condominium units (6 one bedrooms, 2 two bedrooms) to provide affordable and accessible housing in a scattered site, integrated setting for people with disabilities. The site location for this project is in South Austin, near the intersection of S. Lamar and Manchaca Rd and is near bus service, shopping, restaurants and community activities. Planned occupancy for these units would be late 2010.
